Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge

The Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge is one for those who like to walk and then walk some more, think of this as a Marathon with over 1000m of ascent thrown in just for fun.

What is the yorkshire Three peak challenge

The Yorkshire Three Peaks is a classic hillwalking challenge – A tough on the legs 25-mile walk in the Yorkshire Dales that summits Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in (hopefully) under 12-hours.

Is it for me?

If this is your first hill walk then probably not but if you have reasonable fitness and some time to prepare then this could be an ideal introduction to UK challenge walks.
